The parties both agree that in the event that any of the provisions, Sections, or portions found within this Agreement are determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the court should continue to consider the parties’ intention shown through the provision, Section, or portion in question, and that any and all provisions, sections, portions (and/or) the agreement in its entirety shall remain legally binding as set forth. The User agrees that any and all claim, dispute, or legal action called against Custom TechKnowledgy LLC (and/or) any of its directors, officers, successors, employees, agents, service providers, content providers, (and/or) suppliers that may arise from utilization of or in any way affiliated with the Services (and/or) the Website be filed according to legal standards of the State of Florida within one (1) year of the event from which the claim, dispute or legal action arose, or any and all claim, dispute, or legal action affiliated with said event shall be null, void, and barred for eternity.
