    The liquid-cooling energy storage system consists of a 314A h liquid-cooling battery PACK, subcontrol cabinets, a main control cabinet, liquid-cooling units, a liquid-cooling pipeline system, a battery management system (BMS), a fire protection system, and auxiliary power distribution. With a nominal capacity of 4.17MWh, the system employs 314 Ah lithium iron phosphate cells, with each PACK being a 1P52S unit. Each battery cluster comprises 8 series-connected PACKs, for a total of 10 clusters per system. Each cluster is equipped with a sub-control cabinet, and the DC side supports parallel branch connections to a centralized power conversion system (PCS). The temperature control system features an independent liquid-cooling circulation system. The fire protectionsystem combines automatic cabin-to-cabin spray extinguishing, combustible gas detection, explosion-proof ventilation, and water-basedfire suppression. 2.Product 2.1 Characteristics 1. Scope This product specification is exclusively applicable to the liquid-cooled energy storage system developed by The Ener-superbank liquid-cooled energy storage system can be applied to the power generation side, grid side, and user side to meet the needs of application scenarios such as new energy consumption, peak shaving and frequency regulation, and peak shaving and valley filling. Product Features 1) A high safety, long lifespan, high efficiency, and large capacity lithium iron phosphate battery ; 2) It supports a centralized topology scheme, a centralized DC side bus, simple topology communication and control logic, and a stable and reliable system. 3) The system adopts 3l4Ah large-capacity cells, and a standard 20-foot container to meet the requirements of sea and land transportation. Supports expansion and reduces the EPC cost of the whole power station; 4) The system integrates a BMS, featuring real-time monitoring and intelligent management. It provides comprehensive battery protection, along with fault detection and isolation measures, ensuring the safety of ESS. 5) The system has an efficient liquid-cooling temperature control strategy, a fully variable-frequency liquid-cooling unit, and a cluster-level throttling design. With an internal temperature difference of less than 2.5 °C in the Pack, the cell temperature fluctuates smoothly, extending the battery's service life by 15%. 6) The system integrates gas detection, temperature, and smoke sensing at the compartment level, with full-immersion gas fire suppression. It combines six safety protections-prevention, detection, isolation, containment, discharge, and extinguishing-into a unified solution. This enables EMS to coordinate protection strategies and ultra-early warning controls, ensuring enhanced safety
